Terms and Conditions

Refund Policy

At Peak Education, our customers are at the forefront of everything that we do.  For this reason we do our best to endeavour to provide our services to all in a fair and reasonable manner with your best interests at heart. In saying this, we do understand that on occasion life can be unpredictable.  

Please find our detailed terms and conditions below:

  • Cancellations made at least four weeks prior to the relevant event will receive a full refund, less 10% of the course fee for management fees
  • Cancellations made at least two weeks prior to the relevant event will receive a 50% refund
  • Cancellations with less than two weeks notice via the appropriate means of communication or failure to attend the course are unable to be refunded.


Please note that Peak Education will not assume any financial responsibility for:

  • Weather disruptions
  • Flight delays or changes
  • Travel delays or changes
  • Changes to an attendees work commitment
  • Personal circumstance

We ask that you do not request personal or special consideration for a refund.  This will be politely declined based on these terms and conditions.


Alternative options:

Peak Education will permit another person to attend the event in your place at no additional cost. 

You must provide adequate notification five days prior to the event for administrative purposes.  

This involves contacting Peak Education via email with the following details:

  • Your name and mobile number
  • Reason for cancellation
  • Full name of the new attendee
  • Mobile number of the new attendee
  • Direct email address of the new attendee
  • Location of the new attendee ( which state they reside in)
  • Practice in which the new attendee currently works

Please note that tax invoices for will not be transferred into another attendees name.


All cancellations or transfers must be received via email at info@peak-education.com.au.

On registering with Peak Education you acknowledge and accept in full the terms and conditions detailed above.


Communications Policy

Peak Education is managed and operated by clinical staff in practice attending to patients between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday.

All correspondence is conducted digitally or electronically  between 6pm-9pm weeknights. 

On registering, we ask that you verify you have entered the correct mobile contact phone number  and direct email details.

You will receive the following communication :

  • Confirmation of your registration and payment digitally.  
  • Course information
  • Tax Invoice

If for any reason you do not receive this three days from registering, please check you spam/junk mail.

If you still have not received this then please email us directly at info@peak-education.com.au with:

  • Your name
  • Date of online registration
  • Course name and date you registered for
  • Amount paid

We will endeavour to respond as quickly as possible.
